The program represents MEO's firm commitment to attracting and developing young professionals, reaffirming the company's commitment to innovation and the future of the telecommunications sector in Portugal.
Madalena Albuquerque, Altice's Chief Human Resources Officer, says that "the DarWiN program is a fundamental pillar of our strategy for integrating young talent. We believe that the energy, creativity and different perspectives that these young people bring are essential if we are to continue to lead the sector in innovation and offer the best solutions to our customers."
These 60 young people join the more than 230 trainees who, over the course of four editions of this program, have had the opportunity to start their professional career with the leading company in the telecommunications market.
