Altice Portugal's Proximity Store concept at the new MEO Store in Coimbra

Altice Portugal has just inaugurated a new MEO Store in Coimbra, at the Alma Shopping Center, with a new concept of proximity, without physical barriers between customers and service professionals, and with logistical conditions geared towards experiencing, in loco, all the services and products featured in the portfolio of the largest telecommunications operator in Portugal.  

The new MEO space in Coimbra, with 77 m², is part of Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the experience of all its customers by modernizing its network of physical stores. MEO's latest store, which is very large and has no service desk separating those who attend from those who are attended to, promotes a closer and more emotional service style, aimed at adapting each customer's experience to their consumption patterns and way of life. Characterized by an eminently technological component, the new store includes state-of-the-art digital media for the dissemination and promotion of MEO's communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends in the telecommunications sector at international level. 

The new MEO Store in Coimbra has 6 service positions staffed by a total of 11 specialized professionals. It will be open 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and will provide all Coimbra residents with a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group's brands, both in terms of trying out MEO, MOCHE and MEO Empresas products and services, and in terms of technical support, provided by MEO Stores throughout the country. 

The inauguration of the new MEO stores comes at a time when the brand is once again celebrating winning the title of "Portugal's Best Store, both physical and online, in the telecommunications sector", awarded by the retail trade magazine, Grande Consumo. The title of Best Store in Portugal is a recognition of national consumers that aims to distinguish the best in national retail.
