Altice Portugal's Proximity Store concept in the new MEO Pico Store

Altice Portugal has just inaugurated a new MEO Pico Store, with a new concept of proximity, without physical barriers between customers and service professionals, and with logistical conditions geared towards experiencing, in loco, all the services and products featured in the portfolio of the largest telecommunications operator in Portugal. The new 40m² MEO space in Madalena is part of Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the experience of all its customers by modernizing its network of physical stores.  


MEO's most recent own store, very large and with no service counter separating those who attend from those who are attended to, promotes a closer and more emotional service style, aimed at adapting each customer's experience to their consumption patterns and way of life. Characterized by an eminently technological component, the new store includes state-of-the-art digital media for the dissemination and promotion of MEO's communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends in the telecommunications sector at international level.  


The new MEO Store in Ponta Delgada has 4 service positions staffed by a total of 3 specialized professionals. It will be open 6 days a week, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will allow all Picarotos to have a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group's brands, both in terms of trying out products and services from the MEO, MOCHE and MEO Empresas brands, and in terms of technical support, provided by the MEO Stores throughout the country.
