Highlights include updating monthly basic salaries by between 1.9% and 6.2% (establishing a minimum increase of 40 euros), setting the minimum entry level salary at 869 euros and increasing the meal allowance.
In addition, Altice Portugal made an extraordinary compensation payment of 650 euros to all employees in January this year.
