With the aim of anticipating the current and future digital needs of its customers, MEO is launching a new customer app - the my MEO app - which is more innovative, more comprehensive and with new features and browsing experiences. Among the main new features is the automatic detection of use inside and outside home, customizing the browsing context to the different needs and functionalities appropriate to each environment.

With a design inspired by the best usability practices, this application promotes the most relevant MEO news and offers for each user in a personalized way and in "stories" format.

Another of the app's innovations is the MEO Digital Assistant, which, developed using artificial intelligence, takes on a prominent role with more friendly communication using emojis and an evolved, more natural language, helping to search for any of the app's features, as well as answering questions and resolving any technical problems automatically.

In a simple and innovative format, with a new design and a dark mode format, the new app provides the best MEO product and service offers, suitable for each customer and their family, both on and off home, allowing each customer to have access to exclusive offers, regardless of where they are.

Developed by MEO, in partnership with Bliss Applications and Devoteam, the new my MEO app uses Service Design and Agile methodologies. With the exponential increase in the use of smartphones and growing digitalization, the new my MEO app was designed to provide a unique experience for all MEO customers, increasing the accessibility and convenience of the relationship with MEO and its products and services.

The app also has many other features that allow customers to consult and manage their contracts and services, check MEO invoices and answer any questions they may have. New prominent formats now appear in the new app, inviting MEO customers to keep up to date with the latest news from the brand.
