Altice Portugal's Proximity Store concept in the new MEO Olhão Store


Altice Portugal has just inaugurated a new MEO Olhão store in the Algarve Outlet shopping center, with a new concept of proximity, without physical barriers between customers and service professionals, and with logistical conditions geared towards on-site experimentation of all the services and products featured in the portfolio of Portugal's largest telecommunications operator.

The new 52 m² MEO space in Olhão is part of Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the experience of all its customers by modernizing its network of physical stores.

MEO's latest store, which is very large and has no service desk separating those who attend from those who are attended to, promotes a closer and more emotional service style, aimed at adapting each customer's experience to their consumption patterns and way of life.

Characterized by an eminently technological component, the new store includes state-of-the-art digital media for the dissemination and promotion of MEO's communication campaigns, in line with the most advanced communication trends in the telecommunications sector at international level.

The new MEO Store in Olhão has three service positions staffed by a total of six specialized professionals. It will be open seven days a week, Monday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and will allow all Olhão residents to have a closer and more comfortable experience with the Altice Group's brands, both in terms of trying out MEO, MOCHE and MEO Empresas products and services, and in terms of technical support, provided by MEO Stores throughout the country.
