Altice Labs, the global Innovation, Research and Development company of the Altice Group, announces the launch of a new version of BOTSchool - a conversational intelligence platform - with the introduction of Generative AI.
BOTSchool, a low-code platform developed since 2019 by Altice Labs, aims to democratize access to chatbot creation and management technology and facilitate access to this technology for both companies and society in general.
In line with the evolution of new technologies and society itself, the platform has a high potential for self-learning and broader collaborative workflows, bringing added value to users.
To keep up with recent developments in the field of artificial intelligence and generative intelligence, the platform is now launching the Generative AI Capability feature. This evolution brings the integration of new language and artificial intelligence models capable of simplifying the interaction between humans and machines, as well as increasing the level of automation, from the simplest tasks to the most complex scenarios.
Generative AI extends the platform's capabilities by adding new possibilities. It is now possible to load any external data source to be learned by BOTSchool and, by using the latest Generative AI models, speed up the entire process of providing a virtual assistant, as well as helping to perform a variety of tasks such as text analysis and processing, summarization and translation, among others.
With this launch, Altice Labs reinforces its commitment to driving innovation and promoting the digital transformation of companies, in order to contribute to a future in which artificial intelligence and conversational tools are accessible and beneficial to all.
