In line with its fundamental mission of contributing to the promotion of health and improving quality of life, the partnership established with the Champalimaud Foundation once again demonstrates ACS's commitment to continually improving the healthcare it provides and bringing the best healthcare services to its Beneficiaries.
Since March 1st, beneficiaries of ACS Multicare health plans have been able to count on the Champalimaud Clinical Centre, which, in addition to providing integrated and interdisciplinary specialized clinical care, develops applied research activities and advanced medical and technical education programs.
A partnership with advantages for all beneficiaries, who will now have services provided by an entity that is a world reference in the health sector and, more specifically, in the area of oncology.
In addition to being a partner that represents enormous added value for Beneficiaries, the Champalimaud Clinical Center shares the same spirit and mission as ACS, which has been promoting the health of its users for over 26 years and is guided by the adoption of excellent practices, prevention and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
With this new step, Altice Portugal reaffirms its commitment to the company's Internal Social Responsibility and, more specifically, its commitment to the health and well-being of its employees, through the health plans it offers, but also through the services it provides in its clinical centers and network of partners, and through the implementation of health programs and initiatives in the area of well-being, such as screenings, or even the implementation of psychosocial risk assessment in the field of preventive medicine.
