The HPE Partner of the Year 2021 awards recognize HPE partners from across the ecosystem for their unwavering commitment to excellence with customers, continued strong performance, focus on growth and dedication to achieving shared goals. Winners were selected based on financial performance, innovative solutions and ability to generate transformative business results for joint customers.
For Nuno Nunes, Chief Sales Officer B2B at Altice Portugal, "we are delighted to have been distinguished by a reference partner like Hewlett Packard Enterprise. This is another clear recognition that Altice Portugal is a solid and reliable partner for small and medium-sized businesses in this country. Through our corporate brand, Altice Empresas, we strive to offer the best skills and the best offers on the market to all our customers. We want to walk alongside them and help them make the digital transformation they need, especially at a time as important as this, when we have been confronted with a new reality."
For Carlos Leite, Southern Europe Head of Partner Sales & Portugal Managing Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, "one of the aspects that will enable organizations to accelerate the digital transformation is the possibility of consuming technology as a service. For HPE, the partner network also plays a key role in terms of 'as-a-Service', both in terms of vision for the future and ability to execute. This international distinction from Altice is the result of working together to drive differentiation in the market and offer the best results to our joint customers."
Also this year, Altice Portugal launched the first Azure hybrid cloud solution in Portugal - the Azure Stack Hub cloud - an unprecedented project in our country and the result of a partnership between Altice Portugal, Microsoft Portugal and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
With this launch, Altice's business customers now have access to a range of cloud services, with support for using a wide range of Microsoft Azure hybrid resources and the benefits of locating data in Portugal, at the Altice Data Center in Covilhã.
